You guys loved my salmon recipe so here’s another one of our favorite sheet pan dinners in the @recipes4health household✨CRISPY PARMESAN CRUSTED HALIBUT with roasted peppers + carrots + crispy purple potatoes✨What is your fav sheet pan dinner?

parmesan crusted halibut 👉🏼 for 1 serving, mix 1 tbsp of fresh parmesan + 1 tbsp breadcrumbs + 1 tsp olive oil + juice of 1/2 lemon + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp onion powder + pepper. Then smear it on the top of the fish, bake it at 400 for about 15 min broiling on high for the last 3-5 minutes!

Lay them on a parchment paper lined baking dish, add some avocado oil spray to the top, and bake at 400 for about 50 min, flipping the potatoes half way.
