You guys asked for MEAL PREP RECIPES, so I’m here to deliver one of my favs ✨SWEET POTATO BREAKFAST BOWL✨Just prep a whole bunch of roasted sweet potato & a big jar of chia pudding. Then pack this dish into individual size containers 3-4 days before! You don’t need to make it look aesthetically pleasing, cuz trust me – when I am not taking IG photos for you guys, my food bowls look like an absolute mess 😂 Do you meal prep?

In my bowl 👉🏼 1/2 roasted sweet potato 🍠 (washed, wrapped in foil & baked at 425 for 45 min) + chia & hemp seed pudding (I mixed a spoonful of @kitehillfoods plain almond yogurt + 1 tbsp @earthlychoice chia seeds + 1 tbsp @manitobaharvest hemp seeds, let it sit in a mason jar overnight to thicken) + @grandyoats chocolate grain free chocolate chunk granola + sliced strawberries 🍓 with @beekeepers_naturals bee pollen + @arganiabutter maple almond butter
