1️⃣ In a bowl, mix wet ingredients together: 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 2 tbsp water, set aside for 10 min to gel) + 1 tbsp coconut oil + 3/4 cup almond milk.
2️⃣ In a separate (larger) bowl, mix the dry ingredients together: 3/4 cup of @foodstirs sweet potato pancake mix (theres no sugar added) + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 scoop of @furtherfood marine collagen (optional).
Add the dry ingredients into the wet & stir until incorporated.
3️⃣ Cook pancakes on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes each side.
4️⃣ I served mine with a bit of melted @goddess.ghee chocolate CBD ghee on top of each pancake 🍫 + spoon of @siggisdairy 4% vanilla bean yogurt (also a low sugar product) + 1/2 sliced banana 🍌 + pecans + @pbfit.official powdered peanut butter drizzle 🥜
