Who’s with me on DAY 5 of the 🎉 I was looking for a sugar-free treat when I came across @rachaelsgoodeats CINNAMON FAT BOMB recipe. Think of these as a high fat, high protein truffle. Here’s her recipe below (with minor tweaks based on what I had)👇🏼

• 3 tbsp melted @nutiva coconut butter
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 tbsp @traderjoes ghee
• 2 scoops @furtherfood marine collagen
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 2 tbsp coconut flour
• 2/3 cup almond flour

1️⃣ Mix the coconut butter + coconut oil + ghee + collagen + vanilla + cinnamon in a bowl. Then mix in the almond and coconut flour. Stir well.
2️⃣ Place in the freezer for about 5 – 10 min until the dough slightly hardens.
3️⃣ I rolled them into 1 inch balls over parchment paper, sprinkled with more cinnamon!
PS store them in the freezer!
