What’s your favorite dessert? Mine are brownies! Here are some vegan protein BROWNIE BITES with a SWEET POTATO PUMPKIN SPICE SMEAR on top 🤤

dEATS 👉🏼 so I started off with the @foodstirs brownie mix. I added a scoop of @detoxorganics chocolate superfood powder + @drinkorgain chocolate protein powder to the dry mix just to add some more nutrients. Then I added 1 chia egg (which is just 1 tbsp of chia seeds + 2 tbsp water) + 1 tbsp coconut oil + 2 tbsp water. I mixed these all together until it formed a brownie batter. I poured them into individual parchment paper lined muffin tins & baked for about 25 min. Then I took my softened sweet potato pumpkin spice fudge (you can find it in the previous post), and smeared it right on top. DECADENT & PERFECT👌🏼
