What are wheat berries? They are the whole grain form of wheat. They promote regularity because of the fiber they pack, they regulate blood sugar & strengthen our bones from the calcium, phosphorus & vitamin D they contain! I cook mine just like brown rice (1 cup of dry wheat berries to 2 1/2 cups water for about 40 min). Have you ever tried wheat berries?
