The easiest 2 ingredient yeast free homemade BAGELS + CREAM CHEESE πŸ₯― Let me tell ya a lil secret, I won’t ever buy store bought bagels again after making this recipe! The bagels are inspired by @anythingbutramen – check out her page for the original recipe, mine was tweaked based on what I had at home! You gotta try this 1 ingredient cream cheese recipe by @lilsipper too! Recipe is on her page & it doesn’t contain any of the additives + fillers they add to the ones at the store. To say I was proud of myself fo this one is an understatement. Favorite bagel topping? GoπŸ‘‡πŸΌ

β€’ 1 cup whole milk plain greek yogurt, strained
β€’ 1 cup oat flour (watch my reel on how to make it at home)
β€’ 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
β€’ 1/2 tsp salt
Toppings: egg wash + @traderjoeslist everything seasoning

1️⃣ In a large bowl, add the oat flour + yogurt + baking powder + salt. Use a spatula to mix the dough together until it forms into a ball. Don’t be afraid to use your hands!
2️⃣ Add a bit of oat flour to your counters surface (to prevent sticking) then transfer the dough onto the counter.
3️⃣ Knead the dough with your hands until the dough looses its sticky-ness & form it into a ball.
4️⃣ Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Then roll out each part with your hands to form a small rope. Put the ends together to make a round circle & place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet! Continue until all 4 bagels are done.
5️⃣ Now rub a small amount of egg wash (a beaten egg) to the top of the bagels with a brush. Then sprinkle seasoning on top.
6️⃣ Bake at 350 for 25-35 mins until golden brown.
