So its officially DAY 4 of our challenge where we eliminate added sugars from our diets for 7 days to see how we feel. Today, I am featuring my breakfast yesterday, a sugar-free CARROT CAKE BREAKFAST BOWL πŸ₯• Tag someone who you think would love this!

1️⃣ Grate 3 large carrots with a box grater (I used my @imperfectproduce carrots I just got yesterday).
2️⃣ Add the grated carrots + 2 tbsp gluten-free oats + 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds + 2 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice + 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1/2 tsp ginger + 1 scoop of @furtherfood marine collagen (OPTIONAL) to a pot with about 1 cup of liquid (water or unsweetened nut milk work great). Simmer on med/low for about 10 min, stirring occasionally.
3️⃣ Enjoy warm. I topped with blueberries + walnuts + raisins (no sugar added) + @costco organic peanut butter πŸ₯œ
