sharing my breakfast from a few days ago which was a blackberry & majik chia seed bowl from @dailyharvest topped with @pbfit.official peanut butter drizzle + shredded coconut + @traderjoes cacao nibs. This bowl was filled with blue-green algae which is super high in B12 vitamins, its also immune boosting, anti-inflammatory & beautifying (which I will always take ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

INSPO ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ If youโ€™re making your own chia bowl, just mix 2 tbsp chia seeds + 1/2 cup plant milk in a mason jar. Cover & leave overnight. The next day it will create this creamy pudding consistency. Here are some of my favorite add ins/flavor combos:
