✨SALTED CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES✨these are vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar free, dairy-free & egg-free! What dessert recipe should I test out next to healthify?

Dry
• 3/4 cup coconut flour
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Wet
• 1/3 cup nut butter (i used @pbfit.official 🥜)
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 2 tbsp coconut sugar
• 1 flax egg (1T flaxseeds + 2T water, set aside for 10 min)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tbsp nut milk

1️⃣ Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl.
2️⃣ Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3️⃣ Add the wet into the dry & mix well.
4️⃣ Roll into balls, then lay on a parchment paper lined baking dish. Press slightly with a fork to flatten, then lay a @hukitchen salty dark chocolate square on top (or any flavor works). Sprinkle with a little more pink salt.
5️⃣ Bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
