PROTEIN PUMPKIN BREAD that’s vegan, gluten free, sugar free & nut free. What would you lather on top of this slice of bread?

1 1/4C buckwheat flour
1 scoop @nuzest_usa unflavored protein (optional)
2t pumpkin pie spice
1/4t baking soda
1/4t baking powder
1/4t salt

[wet]
1/2C pumpkin puree
1/2C cup applesauce
1/4C plant-based milk
1/4C tahini
2 flax eggs (2T ground flax soaked in 6T water)
1t apple cider vinegar

1️⃣ Mix the wet & dry ingredients into two separate bowls.
2️⃣ Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients little by little until its all incorporated.
3️⃣ Add dough into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with @freshthyme pumpkin seeds. Bake on 350 for 1 hour. Let cool completely before slicing. I topped mine with a bit of goat butter!
