PESTO CRUSTED SALMON RECIPE (tutorial for this easy recipe is saved in my profile highlights) here’s a quick & simple way to make salmon that melts in your mouth! It can be made gluten & dairy free, just use DF pesto + GF breadcrumbs. PLUS, you get omega 3’s which are essential in reducing inflammation, improving the nervous system + sleep + balancing hormones!
• 1 lb salmon, I used @kvaroyarctic sustainable salmon from their family owned farm!
• 1/4 cup pesto, any kind will work
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, any kind
1️⃣ Cut salmon into filets.
2️⃣ Smear a generous layer of pesto on the salmon.
3️⃣ Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon on top.
4️⃣ Sprinkled breadcrumbs on the salmon.
5️⃣ Bake on a tray at 400 for 15 mins. Then broil on low for 5 mins.
