PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY FAT BOMBS! This recipe is super easy & made with pantry staples! I’m using my fav frozen berry blend by @sealtheseasons πŸ“ I love that they include the actual farmers name it was grown by & farm the farm was grown in. Its just like shopping at a farmers market except it can be found in local grocery stores in the frozen section! Here are some stores its carried in: Meijer + Albertsons + Whole Foods + Wegmens & many more!

β€’ 3/4 cup @pbfit.official + 3/4 cup water (or sub for regular PB with no water)
β€’ 2 tbsp coconut oil
β€’ 1 tsp cinnamon
β€’ 1 cup frozen @sealtheseason mixed berries
β€’ 2 tbsp chia seeds

1️⃣ Add frozen berries + chia seeds to a saucepan over med heat. Mix & simmer for about 5-10 min.
2️⃣ Combine peanut butter + water + coconut oil + cinnamon to form a creamy consistency.
3️⃣ Pour 1/2 of the peanut butter mix into mini muffin liners then place in the fridge for about 5 min to harden.
3️⃣ Add a scoop of the berry jam on top of the peanut butter, then place back in the fridge for 5 min.
4️⃣ Add the last layer of peanut butter to the berry jam then place back in the fridge to firm. Makes 20 mini fat bombs. Enjoy cold & store in the fridge or freezer!
