PEANUT BUTTER & HOMEMADE RASPBERRY JAM BREAKFAST QUESADILLAS ๐Ÿฅœ So my homemade jam actually piggy backs off of my sugar post yesterday. This jam is totally sugar-free, has healthy fats & is even packed with protein. It takes 5 minutes to make & you can use it on just about anything. No need to run to the store to grab that jam cuz you can make it yourself by controlling the ingredients! What is your favorite fruit jam flavor?

1๏ธโƒฃ Raspberry Jam: Microwave about 1/2 cup of fresh/frozen raspberries (or any other berry), for about 10 seconds, heat longer if using frozen. Add 1 tsp chia seeds + 1/2 scoop of @furtherfood marine collagen (OPTIONAL, I added to give it protein & help the gut). Mix/mash & set aside in the fridge for 5 min to thicken.
2๏ธโƒฃ Take your tortilla of choice, Iโ€™m using @cutdacarb lavash bread. Slather one side with @pbfit.official peanut butter spread & the other side with the jam. Sandwich them up!
3๏ธโƒฃ Heat about 1/2 tsp coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the closed โ€œquesadillaโ€ to the hot pan & heat for 2 min each side just until slightly crispy. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
