OVERNIGHT OATS are such a great breakfast option for those of us that don’t have much time in the AM. Everything you see here can be made the night before, stored in a container & enjoyed the next morning. I love heating mine up, then adding toppings but it is also delicious cold. Do you prefer to eat your oats hot or cold?

dEATS 👉🏼 I added 1/4 cup quick cooking oats + 1 tbsp @earthlychoice chia seeds + 3/4 cup @malkorganics unsweetened almond milk to a mason jar, shook it well & let it sit overnight. The next day, I warmed it up & added 1/2 scoop of @furtherfood marine collagen to the oats (for protein but completely optional). My toppings of choice were fresh strawberries 🍓 + dry roasted pumpkin seeds + @sunandswellfoods oatmeal cacao bites (my new fav flavor) 🍪 + @arganiabutter coconut almond butter.
