1️⃣ Combine 2 cups whole wheat flour + 1.5 cups creamy plain yogurt + 2t baking powder + 1t pink salt in a bowl & mix until the dough comes together.
2️⃣ Place flour on your counter & divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll the dough until it becomes 12 inches long. Flatten slightly with a rolling pin.
3️⃣ Combine 2T melted butter + 2T coconut sugar + 1/2t cinnamon, then pour on the flattened dough.
4️⃣ Roll the dough from one side to another, place on a parchment paper linked baking dish swirl up. Bake 400 for 20 mins.
5️⃣ Top with cream cheese icing (blend 2 tbsp cream cheese + 2 tbsp coconut sugar + 1 tbsp plant based milk).
