no bake vegan & gluten free RED VELVET BARS with a VANILLA CASHEW FROSTING. Using @freshcravingssalsa plant based cashew dip as my mock cream cheese frosting & damn did it deliver! It’s made with only a few ingredients like cashews + agave + dates + coconut milk + almonds. Pop into the nearest @publix & find it in the produce section! Tag a friend who may love this!

1 1/4C almond flour
1/3C coconut sugar
1/4C coconut flour
1/4T plant based milk
2T @fromthereserve beet powder
2T cocoa powder
2T coconut oil
1/4t salt
1/4t vanilla

1️⃣ Add all of the ingredients into a food processor & blend until a thick batter is formed.
2️⃣ Press the batter onto a parchment paper lined tin about 1/2 inch thick (it’s easy to form so if your pan is larger than that, thats ok). Then top with a generous layer of @freshcravingssalsa vanilla cashew spread.
4️⃣ Freeze for 20 mins to set. Cut into 9 squares & enjoy! Store in the freezer or fridge for about 3 days!
