โœจno-bake HOMEMADE PROTEIN BARSโœจThese are sugar free, gluten free, paleo & low FODMAP. They also donโ€™t contain any dried fruit! I would recommend storing these in the fridge & gobbling then up within 5 days! Hereโ€™s the recipe๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

โ€ข 1 cup raw nut(s) of choice (used walnuts & almonds)
โ€ข 2 tbsp shredded coconut
โ€ข 2 tbsp hemp seeds
โ€ข 2 tbsp coconut oil
โ€ข 1 tbsp peanut butter
โ€ข 1 tbsp hemp milk
โ€ข 1 tbsp chia seeds
โ€ข 1/2 scoop of collagen (I used @furtherfood marine collagen)
โ€ข 1 tsp cinnamon
โ€ข 1/2 tsp vanilla

1๏ธโƒฃ Lay the raw nuts on a baking sheet & bake at 400 for 10 min.
2๏ธโƒฃ Throw all of the ingredients (including roasted nuts) into a food processor, and blend for about 1 minutes until combined.
3๏ธโƒฃ Press down super hard into a parchment paper lined dish & place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill. Cut into squares & enjoy!
