no bake CHOCOLATE CHIP BLISS BALLS for a quick breakfast on the go, a pre workout jolt of energy, a post workout recovery or even a post-dinner treat. I prefer my sweet treats after dinner. What time of day do you get a sweet tooth?
____
1/2 cup @traderjoes oats
1/2 cup @bobsredmill coconut flour
1/2 cup @pbfit.official powdered peanut butter
5 pitted dates
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water
1/2 cup toasted unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips
– Add everything but the chocolate chips & coconut flakes into a food processor. Pulse. Stir in the chocolate chips & coconut with a spoon after batter is mixed. Roll into one inch balls & store in the fridge! Makes about 40 balls & they’ll be good for about 2 weeks!
