Name something better than a big stack of pancakes on a Sunday morning? Yeah, I’ll wait.. 😉 you guys wanted this recipe for my CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES I made a week ago, so here it is! Also, I am currently working on a really simple, vegan pancake recipe for my eBook! It’s going to contain less than 5 ingredients, be gluten-free, egg-free cuz everyone needs a staple from-scratch pancake recipe & it’ll be able to be made in the blender for super easy breakfast!

• 1/2 cup @kodiakcakes buttermilk flapjack mix (any pancake mix will work)
• 2 tsp @nutiva cacao powder (important for the chocolate flavor)
• 2 tsp @drinkorgain chocolate protein powder (any chocolate protein powder will work)
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 cup water (or more depending on how thin/thick you like your batter)

1️⃣ Mix all of the pancake dry ingredients together, then add your water little by little to create the perfect pancake consistency. Mix well.
2️⃣ I cooked mine on a coconut oiled non-stick pan on medium heat for about 2 min a side.
3️⃣ Served with chopped strawberries, a homemade dairy-free & sugar-free coconut whip with a drizzle of @runamokmaple maple syrup
