As 2019 comes to an end, I want to share my larger intentions for 2020 with you so you can help keep me accountable!
✨I will focusing on slowing down & staying present.

dEATS:
1️⃣ Combine dry ingredients in a bowl: 1 cup almond flour + 2 tbsp cassava flour + 2 tbsp @nuzest_usa unflavored protein powder + 1 tsp ground ginger + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1/2 tsp nutmeg + 1/4 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp baking soda.
2️⃣ Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl: 3 ripe bananas, mashed + 1/4 cup plant-based milk + 2 tbsp molasses + 2 tbsp coconut oil + 1/2 tsp vanilla.
3️⃣ Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix well.
4️⃣ Bake in a small square pan at 350 for 45 min.
