Let’s talk about diet labels, you don’t have to live by the keto, vegan, paleo or gluten-free diet in order to be healthy. You can pick and choose from all of them & do what works for you! What works for me, may not work for you & vice versa. We can respect & honor the fact that we are all entitled to our decisions. As for me, I eat “mostly” plant based, some days I eat fish & cream cheese, other days I eat totally plant based. The take away?
