last nights DETOX SALAD consisted of ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ arugula + @imperfectproduce kale + celery + tri-colored bell pepper + tomato ๐Ÿ… + shredded carrots ๐Ÿฅ•+ purple radish + celery + cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’+ cilantro + parsley (literally any veggie I had in my fridge I threw in). Then I found this @traderjoes green goddess dressing suggested by my friend @grapestocrepes & wow am I impressed with the ingredients & taste (made from avocado, apple cider vinegar, lots of herbs and lemon). Then I served all of this with a crunchy side of @iwonorganics ranch flavored protein chips! These chips are fun; they are soy & gluten free, they have different flavors (and there is little to no added sugar)!

Hereโ€™s my best time saving tip is if youโ€™re making a salad ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ just double/triple the portions to meal prep. For example, I made 4 of these identical salad bowls; two for myself and two for hubs. That way, we both have a salad (or 2) to munch on in the next few days.
