Did you know I only eat 2 big meals a day? I practice intermitted fasting, so I usually break my fast around 1 PM, at that time I begin with celery juice (celery + apple cider vinegar + @majusuperfoods black seed oil + turmeric + black pepper + fresh ginger), then I follow with breakfast. After breakfast I love a hot cup of tea. Dinner is around 5:30 PM (which would be something similar to this bowl here). I’ll end the night around 7 PM with another hot cup of tea & usually a sweet treat if I’m craving it (sometimes it’s just an apple, other times its my homemade baked goods or ice cream). With all of this said, I really try to listen to my body. Some days, I am hungrier than others but this is just a glimpse into my daily eating habits!
