I’ve been MIA because I have been taking some time for myself to be off my phone & in the moment. With that said, I’m back sharing my breakfast a few days ago! A question I get a lot is: why do you eat so much sugar!? The truth is, I eat what I crave & I try to stick to real food. My personal opinion is that this homemade breakfast is SO much better than a heavily processed breakfast bar or pre-packaged low sugar cereal of some sort.
