ISH IS ABOUT TO GET DEEP 🙏🏼 It wasn’t until about a year ago when I began to actually stop and recognize or acknowledge my feelings & emotions. I started to journal, write about my goals, my dreams, visualize my future, and live day-to-day with purpose and intention. Every day I think of 10 things I’m grateful for & jot them down. It could even just be for the air I breath, the sound of the wind, or the fortune of having clean drinking water.

This exercise has helped me reflect on the past, acknowledge how far I have come, and exactly how much I have accomplished. It’s allowed me to feel proud of myself for reaching my goals & become a happier soul.
