I have a super exciting announcement ๐ŸŽ‰ I am officially going to start teaching cooking classes for the public starting at the end of this month๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐ŸณWe will be cooking together & eating together. First class is on Wed Jan 30th at 6 PM here in Indy. They will pretty much be once a month, and this month we are making buddha bowls! I put all of the info in my story (which I will save to my highlights) so make sure to check it out & ask me any questions!!

LENTIL & MUSHROOM RAGU over SPAGHETTI SQUASH๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

[RAGU] in a crockpot I added 1 cup of soaked lentils (soaked them in water overnight, then drained the water) + 1/2 chopped white onion + 3 chopped celery stalks + 1 cup of mushrooms ๐Ÿ„ + 1 can of organic diced tomato (marinara sauce would work fine too) + pinch of turmeric + black pepper + oregano + basil + nutmeg + parsley. Set on high for about 6 hours or low for about 10-12 hours.

[SPAGHETTI SQUASH] cut an @imperfectproduce spaghetti squash in half (length wise), drizzle with olive oil + salt. Then place face down on a baking dish and bake at 400 for about 45 minutes. Shred with a fork to form spaghetti squash noodles.
