I have a quick, 20 minute Super Bowl recipe for you guys! Here’s my high-protein CHEESY VEGETARIAN CHILI 👉🏼 which you could serve by itself, as a dip for chips, or even on top of a bed of rice. PS it’s really all about the food anyway… am I right? 😜

You’ll need👇🏼
• 1 can of kidney beans
• 1 can of black beans
• 1 can of garbanzo beans
• 1 tub of salsa – I used @freshcravingssalsa chunky salsa
• 2 cups of vegetable broth – I used @pacificfoods
• 1 cup of noodles – I used @eatbanza
• 1 red onion
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 2 limes (juiced)
• 1 cup of Mexican cheese blend

1️⃣ Sauté chopped onion & garlic in avocado oil.
2️⃣ Drain & rinse the beans.
3️⃣ Add beans, salsa, veggie broth, lime juice, spices (1T paprika, 1t dried basil, 1t dried oregano, 1t parsley, pinch of salt & pepper) to the pot & stir well.
4️⃣ Add noodles & stir to ensure it doesn’t stick to the bottom, simmer on med/low for 15 min.
5️⃣ Once off the heat, add cheese & stir to incorporate. Serve warm!
