I AM BACK with this 10 minute protein packed SPICED CHIA PUDDING BREAKFAST BOWL [swipe for consistency]. Try this quick, gluten & grain free breakfast idea if you’re pinched for time but want to eat something filling. Have you tried chia pudding? If so, what are your favorite toppings?

[chia pudding ingredients]
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp @manitobaharvest hemp seeds
1 cup plant-based milk
1 tbsp @ancientnutrition vanilla bone broth collagen

1️⃣ Combine chia pudding ingredients in a mason jar, shake well & store overnight.
