HOW TO BUILD THE BEST BREAKFAST YOGURT BOWL (in 4 simple steps)
1️⃣ Start with your yogurt of choice! This can be dairy free, full fat, flavored, unflavored etc. Whatever works for you!
2️⃣ Decide on your fruit. It can be anything you have on hand, fresh or frozen!
3️⃣ Add some crunch. Nuts, seeds, granola, chocolate chips… basically anything that adds a bite!
4️⃣ Add nut butter. I love adding a spoon of nut butter as a healthy fat & adds a delicious flavor!
