HONEY MUSTARD SALMON using my fav @kvaroyarctic salmon It’s a sustainable salmon from the arctic circle with no antibiotics + no hormones + no artificial colorants ever used. This makes it taste super juicy + fresh! It contains an abundance of omega 3’s from the microalgae the fish consume. 1 lb @kvaroyarctic salmon
3 tbsp mustard of choice, I used dijon
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1️⃣Combine the honey mustard ingredients together in a small bowl until a thicker paste forms.
2️⃣ Place salmon on a foil or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the salmon generously.
3️⃣ Bake at 425 for 18 mins, boil on high for the last 4 mins. Note: If your serving the salmon with asparagus, put that in the oven for the last 4 mins while salmon is broiling.
** Makes 3 salmon filets. I served mine with crispy asparagus & dried parsley!
