homemade GREEK PITA PIZZA with a huge salad bowl for dinner last night πŸ‘‰πŸΌ I used 100% whole grain pita, then topped it with a layer of pesto. Toppings were artichoke hearts + kalamata olives + chopped sun-dried tomato + chickpeas + fresh tomato slices + sprinkle of mozzarella & feta cheese. It was baked at 400 degrees straight on the oven rack for about 15 min. We used hummus & tzatziki sauce for dipping the pizza into! Our side salad was packed with romaine lettuce & all of the leftover toppings that couldn’t fit on the pizza.

I am starting to be more mindful of my hunger cues. I am realizing that when I eat fulfilling meals, I don’t find the need to snack after dinner. Does anyone else have experience with this? Interested to know your thoughts!
