Here’s the super easy, ASIAN INSPIRED SALMON recipe y’all asked for! I served this for my clients over a bed of brown rice & quinoa with a fresh strawberry salad (spring mix + strawberries 🍓 + grapes 🍇 + feta cheese + sliced almonds with a maple balsamic vinaigrette) with half an avocado! • 1/4 cup @thebeekeepershoney 🍯
• 1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos if soy-free)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger

1️⃣ Mix all of the ingredients (above) together to make a glaze, set aside.
2️⃣ Add salmon filets to a baking dish (this sauce will coat about 2 lbs worth of salmon), pour the glaze over the salmon, making sure to coat the top and bottom well. Allow it to marinate for about 30 min at room temperature.
3️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400.
4️⃣ Before putting salmon into the oven, make sure the skin side, add some salt + pepper + parsley flakes to the top.
5️⃣ Bake for about 15 min, then broil on low for the last 4 min.
6️⃣ Sprinkle with sesame seeds + parsley once its out of the oven, serve warm!
