✔️ Honey Mustard Salmon: add olive oil + dijon mustard + @thebeekeepershoney raw honey 🍯 + splash of lemon juice to a mason jar then pour it over the fresh salmon filet. Then sprinkle salmon with salt + paprika + panko crumbs. Bake at 400 for about 20 min, broiling it on high for the last 2 mins.
✔️ Roasted Sweet Potato: wash, peel & cho sweet potato into cubes. Then toss with avocado oil + rosemary + thyme. Roast them at 400 for about 40 min.
✔️ Quinoa: cook 1 part @earthlychoice quinoa to 2 parts vegetable broth, add a bunch of @costco no-salt seasoning & cook for 15-20 min.
