Here are my final thoughts on going sugar-free for 7 days: the first 3 days my head hurt, I was really irritable and had major sugar cravings. After the 4th day, I woke up without an alarm, felt energized all day without any slumps, and my sugar cravings went away (full-on went away). I am now in love with snacking on cherry tomatoes, sipping on hot green tea without any added sweetener & I believe that bananas with peanut butter are the best food combo to exist.
