Have you tried WARM QUINOA PORRIDGE? It’s is a great breakfast idea for anyone who loves cozy oatmeal but wants to switch it up a high protein breakfast recipe from time to time.

Here’s what you’ll need:
• 1 cup of pre-cooked quinoa
• nut milk of choice
• 1/2 serving of protein powder

1️⃣ At the beginning of the week I cook about 2 cups of @earthlychoice dry quinoa in water (no salt or pepper either). This will stay in my fridge for about 5 days and I can mix and match it with breakfast, lunch or dinner.
2️⃣ The day of, warm about 1 cup of quinoa in the microwave.
3️⃣ While the quinoa is warming, add 1/2 cup of nut milk with any superfoods on hand into a blender & blend up. I love using 1/2 scoop of @gainful custom vegan vegan protein + 1/2 tbsp @lab.38 sacha + 1 tsp @majusuperfoods ashwaghanda.
4️⃣ Pour the blended milk over the warm quinoa & top with anything you like! I used fresh strawberries 🍓+ blueberries + @manitobaharvest hemp seeds + @arganiabutter almond butter + cinnamon
