Have you ever wondered what to do with riced cauliflower? Well, this WARM CINNAMON APPLE CAULIFLOWER PORRIDGE is a true treat this time of year, plus its plant based, gluten-free & low carb!

base 👉🏼 in a pot I added 1 cup @traderjoes frozen riced cauliflower + 2 tbsp almond flour + 2 tbsp gluten free oats + 2 tbsp @earthlychoice chia seeds + 2 tbsp flaxseeds + dash of pumpkin pie spice & cinnamon with about 2 cups of liquid of choice (I used water). I stirred this together for about 10 min on med/low heat & added more water as needed (this makes 2 servings). Once it was heated through I added 1/2 scoop of @drinkorgain vanilla protein powder (but this is totally optional)

toppings 👉🏼 I sautéed a @imperfectproduce apple-pear (yup, thats a fruit) in some coconut oil, pumpkin pie spice & cinnamon for about 5 min. Then added some juicy raisins + a spoon of @eatnuttzo 7 nut & seed butter + more cinnamon on top
