• 1 can of chickpeas, drained & rinsed
• 1 cup canned pumpkin
• 3/4 cup coconut flour
• 1/3 cup coconut sugar, or any sweetener
• 1.5 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder

1️⃣ Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend for about 60 seconds until a smooth consistency is attained.
2️⃣ Press the batter into a parchment paper lined bread pan or brownie pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. Once done, sprinkle with chocolate chips & let them melt.
3️⃣ Cut them into squares & store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
