EATING FOR SKIN HEALTH✨I feel like I have been a little stressed lately & my poor skin has paid for it. So, I came up with this smoothie recipe to give my skin some loving. Check out my glowing green smoothie bowl deets below!

• 1/2 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup frozen cucumber
• 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
• 1 large handful of fresh spinach
• 1 scoop @ancientnutrition bone broth collagen
• 1/2 tsp fresh ginger root
• 1/2 tsp turmeric root
• pinch of black pepper
• pinch of cinnamon
• splash of @harmlessharvest coconut water
• splash of lemon juice

1️⃣ Blend everything in a high powered blender. I recommend using minimal liquid & adding more as necessary to get that smoothie bowl consistency.
2️⃣ Add your favorite toppings! I added @manitobaharvest hemp seeds + my homemade stovetop granola (recipe in my eBook) + @suncorefoods coconut chips + fresh blueberries + almond butter + cinnamon.
PS you can add more liquid & omit the toppings if you want to just make a smoothie to drink!
