EASY BAKED FALAFELS with @motherraw organic mediterranean dressing! This is all totally plant based, gluten free, soy free & dairy free! The dressing has ingredients like sun-dried tomato, apple cider vinegar and kalamata olives. Throw these inside of a pita, on a salad or on a bed of rice and thank me later 🤤

• 1 can of chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
• 1 cup of fresh parsley
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
• 1/4 cup walnuts
• 1/4 cup red onion
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor until incorporated. Place in the fridge for about 20 min to firm. Then roll into 1 inch balls (makes about 16). Place the balls on a parchment paper lined baking dish sprayed with grapeseed oil. Bake at 400 for 30 min, flipping half way. Serve with some @motherraw mediterranean dressing to dip
