✨DIGESTIVE SYSTEM UPDATE✨
After about 4 months of trial & error with different blood tests, trying the low FODMAP diet, lowering fiber & sugar intake etc. I think I have found the cause of my digestive issues.. STRESS. Its been 2 weeks since we moved to Florida & I feel like my symptoms are almost gone 😮 So the real question is; what have I been doing to reduce my stress? TBH, finally setting some time aside for myself. So it all started when I watched a documentary called Heal on Netflix (total ah-ha moment). I started meditating every day, I began not taking food so seriously or overthinking it (in other words, who cares if I don’t eat my greens one day), and my exercise routine has been more about just living an overall active lifestyle outdoors, like letting it happen organically (for example, ill walk to the grocery store or bike to the farmers market). I got a long way to go but I think I’ve finally cracked the code you guys… this feels right

Toppings are a carmelized banana 🍌 (sautéed in coconut oil + cinnamon) + @sealtheseasons frozen cherries (warmed in a skillet) + @manitobaharvest hemp seeds + @bobsredmill pumpkin seeds + @traderjoes cacao nibs + @grandyoats chocolate chip grain-free granola + almond butter
