CREAMY CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE with my gut healing tips! Ever since I started taking @thorneresearch probiotics specifically recommended for my gut based on the @onegevity gut test, my gut has improved by 50%! I have also implemented 2 mindful things. I no longer eat while watching shows, checking emails or scrolling on my phone, just eat to enjoy the food. I also chew as much as I can before swallowing (about 20-30x). • 2 handfuls spinach
• 1/2C plant based milk
• 1/4C frozen sweet potato cubes
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 1C frozen zucchini (I use spirilized)
• 2 cubes frozen plant based milk
• 1T flaxseeds
• 1T @nuzest_usa choc protein powder
• 1T @detoxorganics superfood powder (optional)
• 1T cacao powder
• @thorneresearch prebiotics
• dash of cinnamon
Blend all of the ingredients together, add additional liquid if needed. Top with your fav crunchy topping, I used @nutsolaofficial peanut butter and cacao flavored grain free granola!
