✨CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAKFAST BOWL w/ a COCONUT WHIP✨Another grain-free, low FODMAP, fiber filled, protein packed, vegan breakfast idea for y’all! If you were into the carrot cake breakfast bowl I made a few days ago, you’ll totally dig this, plus the whip on top makes this like a total dessert 😋. What would you put this coconut whip on top of??

1️⃣ In a stovetop pot over med/low heat, I added 1 large grated zucchini + 1 tbsp @earthlychoice chia seeds + 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds + 1/2 cup of water + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice + 1/4 tsp nutmeg.
2️⃣ After about 15 min, take off the heat and add your chocolate flavorings. I added 1/2 scoop of @detoxorganics chocolate superfood powder + 1 tbsp @betterbodyfoods cacao powder + 1 scoop of @modusnutrition chocolate protein powder. Stir well.
3️⃣ For the coconut whip, I took one can of coconut milk & placed it in the fridge overnight. The next day, open the can up, and discard the water at the top. Just add the solid coconut milk to a bowl + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp vanilla (optional: add sugar). Then whip with an electric mixer for about 1 min.
4️⃣ I served my warm zucchini grain-free porridge with a dollop of coconut whip + @naturebox cacao nibs + strawberries 🍓 + cinnamon.
