Chocolate for breakfast?? DUH. Sharing a simple high protein, meal prep recipe on this Monday πŸ‘‰πŸΌ check out my OVERNIGHT CHOCOLATE CHIA & HEMP SEED PUDDING (directions below). This weekend I tried out a class at the new @f45_training_indianapolisdt (swipe for pic) & now I cant feel by limbs haha I am such a group fitness class lover, I find group classes such a great way to socialize, get outside & push myself to limits I would never reach by myself. What is your favorite group fitness class??

1️⃣ Combine 3 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp @manitobaharvest hemp seeds + 1 cup plant milk in a mason jar & shake really well to combine. I added in 2 tbsp @detoxorganics chocolate superfood powder (sub cacao powder) + 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (I added @drinkorgain vegan protein). Shake again & leave in the fridge overnight to thicken.
2️⃣ The next day top with your favorite toppings & enjoy! I used @siggisdairy cinnamon & vanilla flavored dairy free yogurt + fresh blueberries + 1/2 sliced banana + cacao nibs + walnuts + @abbysbetter protein almond butter + cinnamon.
