chewy, no bake PUMPKIN BALLS with a DARK CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE

1️⃣ Fill up a large bowl with warm water. Place your @sochatti chocolate pouch in the warm water for 20 – 30 min to warm gently.
2️⃣ Mix together 1 cup almond flour + 1/2 cup pumpkin + 1/3 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter) + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice + 1/2 tsp nutmeg + 1/2 tsp vanilla well. Roll into balls & place in the freezer on a flat surface with parchment paper for 20 min to set.
3️⃣ Remove the pouch from the hot water & gently kneed the pouch to ensure its melted.
