bowl of CEREAL this AM for a quick meal! My goal was to make basic cereal into a much more nutrient dense meal. I literally forgot how much I love cereal, its the best. Do you like cereal? If so, whats your favorite kind?

  3. Yes, I am constantly working with clients on making cereal more substantial! They all complain about being hungry 1hr after eating but it’s because it’s so low calorie, fiber, protein, and fat. I love your add ins!
