✨BLUEBERRY PANCAKES✨Does anyone else suffer with digestive issues? The past few months have been really difficult for me, I feel like my digestive issues are coming between my life, my family & my own goals. I am determined to figure out how to fix this for myself (& I hope you’ll join me on this journey). I came up with this recipe after loads of research on foods easy on the digestive system. With that said, these are vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo & low FODMAPπŸ’•

1️⃣ Mix 3/4 cup almond milk + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (set aside for 10 min).
2️⃣ In another bowl add 3/4 cup buckwheat flour + 1 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 spoon of @lab.38 sacha powder (which is maca & vanilla bean) + 1 scoop of @furtherfood marine collagen.
3️⃣ Mash a super ripe banana 🍌 + 1 tsp vanilla extract + the almond milk & ACV mixture to a separate bowl & mix well.
4️⃣ Mix the wet & the dry ingredients together, stir in frozen blueberries.
5️⃣ Cook pancakes in some coconut oil on med heat (makes about 6 good size pancakes).
6️⃣ I served mine with a @pbfit.official peanut butter drizzle πŸ₯œ+ toasted pecans + frozen blueberries
