BLACK BEAN AVOCADO grain free QUESADILLA w/ a side salad for dinner. Everything about this is so indulging 🀀. You can still eat delicious & decadent food while still keeping to your personal goals!

Directions:
1️⃣ Mash 1/4 cup of black beans slightly in a small bowl. Add garlic powder + onion powder.
2️⃣ Mash 1/2 avocado slightly in another small bowl. Add garlic powder + onion powder + lime juice.
3️⃣ Spread the black beans on one side of the @sietefoods coconut + cassava tortilla, and the avocado on the other side.
4️⃣ Meanwhile, sautΓ© any veggies you have on hand. I used onion, bell pepper, tomato & kale. Set aside.
5️⃣ In the same pan, spray with @chosenfoods avocado oil spray, and lay your tortilla down, add the veggies, sprinkle some cheese, then add your other tortilla on top.
6️⃣ Cook for 4 min each side.
