Before I started “meal prepping” for my travel days, I would find myself going through every single airport restaurant/kiosk to find something remotely healthy. In the end, I would end up buying something that I wasn’t too keen on & spending like $20 for a tiny bit of food that would leave me hungry for more. About a year ago I started traveling WAY more, and I felt like I didn’t want my travel days to ruin my tummy, my mood or my budget.   1. Those are excellent tips Jazz 👍 I felt the same way every time I traveled and my digestion always suffered! Now I’m a big fan of fasting during travel and just sipping on water because I learned that our bodies aren’t fully capable of digesting when we’re air bound and not connected the Earth 💓
