BANANA BREAD & WALNUT muffins

People always ask if I cook meat or non-vegan foods, the answer is YES. I live with my husband & brother-in-law, both athletes, and they eat lots of meat. I cook each of their 5000 calories a day! So here’s a recipe I created for them to snack on throughout the week! Who else cooks for other people besides themselves? 🙋🏻‍♀️

1️⃣ Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
2️⃣ Line muffin tins with muffin liners.
3️⃣ Mash 2 ripe bananas 🍌 in a big bowl. Add 2 eggs 🥚+ 1/4C maple syrup + 1t vanilla. Mix well.
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, add 2C almond flour + 1t baking soda + 1/2t cinnamon +1/4t nutmeg + 1/4t salt. Mix well.
5️⃣ Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet & mix well.
6️⃣ Add roasted walnuts & mix.
7️⃣ Pour into 12 muffin tins.
8️⃣ Sprinkle the tops with coconut sugar (optional).
8️⃣ Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm!
